As a traveler from the beautiful city of Edinburgh, I always appreciate a hotel that offers charming decor, delicious food, and helpful staff. From the stunning location overlooking the loch to the cozy communal areas, every detail was perfect. the reception staff was welcoming, the room upgrade was a lovely surprise, and the dinner in the restaurant was exceptional. the little touches, like champagne on ice for our honeymoon and the honor bar in the lounge, made our stay truly memorable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area.
